GLASS TULIP FILM FESTIVAL
Glass Tulip Film Festival April 14 & 15, 2017
The Glass Tulip Film Festival will be held at the Historic Turnage Theatre in downtown Washington, North Carolina. This festival is a first for the Arts of the Pamlico and features student and amateur film from film makers living or going to school in North Carolina.
On April 14 jazz & blues music by Steve Creech and Company kicks off the evening at 6:30 PM.
Opening of the Festival follows with the announcement of the winning Best Overall film to follow.
Join us in the Turnage Gallery and Art Cafe for a meet & greet with some of the judges, film makers & cast.
A total of 14 films will be shown on Saturday, April 15 ending with the Best Overall film. Films start at 2 PM until 9 PM. A dinner break will be part of the day’s schedule. Best of each film category shown again on Saturday, April 15 as the final film.
Tickets available at the door. $5 provides entry into the two-part festival. Patrons may come and go as they like.
Wine & Beer, Cold Beverages and Concessions for sale during the reception and event. Light snacks provided during the reception.
Rules & Fees: Applicants may enter as many entries in a single category as they like but may not enter the same entry in multiple categories. Fees are waived for this first festival so join us in kicking off the Glass Tulip Film Festival with your entry!
Entries were submitted by Film Freeway Submissions were accepted from December 15 through March 15, 2017.
