Pungo Players presents The Senuous Senator
🚨 SCANDAL AT THE TURNAGE! 🚨
Politics has never been this scandalous—or this funny! Join us at the Historic Turnage Theatre as The Pungo Players bring Michael Parker’s riotous farce, The Sensuous Senator, to the main stage.
Senator Harry Douglas is running for President on a strict "morality" platform. But when his wife, Lois, heads out of town, the Senator’s "morals" take a quick vacation of their own. What begins as a secret rendezvous with his lover quickly spirals into a whirlwind of chaos involving a voluptuous escort, an elderly colleague who locks himself out, an unexpected Congressional visitor, and a muckraking reporter from the National Intruder.
When a sudden snowstorm closes the airport and brings Lois home early, the bedlam reaches a fever pitch! Will the Senator’s career survive the night? Find out in this fast-paced, scantily-clad, and utterly hilarious production
